KEF is a Guwahati based foundation with one big goal: put Assam on the world’s endurance sports map. We’re not-for-profit by structure and big-hearted by nature — built to turn every race we run into a force for conservation, community and pride of place.
We’re runners, conservationists, hoteliers, lawyers and entrepreneurs who believe sport can do more than test the body. Done right, it protects landscapes, opens doors for local communities, and gives Assam a stage it has always deserved. That’s the trail we’re building, one event at a time.
What We Do

KEF exists at the intersection of three ideas that rarely share a stage: competitive sport, environmental conservation and community upliftment. We design endurance events, build youth and skill programmes, drive conservation awareness, and forge partnerships that channel resources back into the region that inspires them.
Why Kaziranga
The reason KEF exists.
Home to the greater one-horned rhinoceros and some of India’s richest biodiversity, Kaziranga is more than a backdrop — it’s the reason KEF exists. We believe the best way to protect a place is to help people fall in love with it, on foot, at their own pace.
